The main process is EBT+LF/VD (ESR) melting +cogging down by oil hydraulic press-forming by rotary forging machine. The main products include propeller shaft, tail shaft, intermediate shaft, thrustshaft, tail pin, tail stock, transmission shat, machinery forging, wheel rim forging and gear wheel and pinion blanksfor gear assemblies, and forgings of carbon steel, Mn-C' steel, low alloy steels and stainless steel used on ship. Forgingscan be conditions of machining. quenching and tempering as required by the customers and delivered after inspectecby the surveyor.
