T2120 / T2125 / T2135 deep hole drilling and boring machines are specially designed for machining cylindrical deep-hole workpieces, such as machine tool spindle bores, hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, as well as cylindrical through holes, blind holes, and stepped holes.The machine is mainly used for drilling and boring operations, and it is also capable of burnishing.The machine features a rigid bed structure, excellent accuracy retention, a wide spindle speed range, and a feed system driven by an AC servo motor.It is capable of meeting various deep-hole machining process requirements.The oil feeder clamping and workpiece clamping are hydraulically actuated.
The machine is equipped with an instrument panel or CNC display system, ensuring safe and reliable operation.The machine adopts both internal chip removal and front chip removal methods. It is suitable for mass production as well as single-piece and small-batch production.This machine is part of a product series, and customized special-purpose machines can be provided according to customer requirements.
