3. What is the surface roughness of the honed-tube?
Honed-tube is a seamless steel tube that has been honed. Honing is a mechanical processing technology. The inner hole of the cold-drawn tube is reciprocated and processed by the honing head to make the inner hole meet the tolerance size and surface roughness requirements we need. According to the honing process required by customers, it can reach the tolerance range (such as H7, H8, H9, etc.), the roughness can reach Ra0.4, the ellipticity can reach the range of 3~5 wires, and the length can reach 8m.
